1. Nature of Donations

Donations made to Vital Roots Foundation are voluntary and used to fund various charitable programs, including education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and rural development.

2. General Policy

As donations are applied immediately toward ongoing projects, they are generally non-refundable. However, we understand mistakes can happen and may consider refunds in exceptional cases.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only if:

A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
An incorrect amount was entered unintentionally.
The donation was made fraudulently or without the donor’s authorization.

Requests must be made within 7 working days from the date of donation.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be issued if:

The donation receipt or tax-exemption certificate has already been issued.
The funds have been allocated to a specific charitable project.
The request is received after the 7-day window.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at info@vitalrootsfoundation.com with the following details:

Full name
Transaction ID / Donation reference number
Donation date and amount
Reason for refund

Once verified, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
