HOW WE PLAN & IMPLEMENT THIS INITIATIVE

1. Economic Relief & Policy Advocacy

We advocate for reduced electricity and water tariffs to cut recurring costs for small and marginal farmers.
Work with financial institutions and government bodies to ensure interest-free or low-interest agricultural loans.
Campaign to abolish arrests and unjust detentions related to farm debt defaults.

2. Farmer Rights & Pricing Empowerment

We conduct awareness drives and legal workshops to help farmers understand their rights and entitlements.
Promote farmer cooperatives and local produce markets so they can set their own fair prices instead of being exploited by middlemen.

3. Infrastructure & Innovation

Distribute high-quality seeds and fertilisers, ensure proper subsidy linkages, and offer guidance on crop cycles.
Promote the use of modern agricultural equipment, including solar pumps, rotavators, and drip irrigation systems.
Provide training in medicinal and organic plant cultivation, increasing earning potential with niche crops.

4. Market Access & Storage

Set up sales centres, cold storage, and warehouses to minimise post-harvest losses and improve logistics.
Help farmers access digital marketplaces for broader reach and better margins.

5. Disaster Management

Run flood control awareness and field programs in vulnerable zones.
Partner with local authorities to assess crop losses and coordinate compensation and insurance claim support.
